We continued south across the lonely barrens to Cape St. Mary's Ecological Reserve. We walked the mile long cliff-edge trail to and got this view of Bird Rock as we approached it.

The wind was blowing like stink, with bouts of sunshine as clouds passed overhead. This is the most accessible pelagic seabird nesting colony in North America. Go if you get a chance. This was a highlight of our trip.
