In November, 2007, we spent 4 days in Death Valley National Park. You can see our route marked in red on this topographic map by DeLorme. The road in from the west is demanding. It rises and falls thousands of feet in just a few miles, making it necessary that engine and brakes be in good condition. Not a good drive in mid-day on a hot one. To see an enlarged map click here - it may load slowly due to the increased file size.

Please check back in a few days to see this slide show, currently under development.
